Pro-Am Opportunities

The Gary Williams Pro-Am presented by EMCOR on May 29, 2013 provides you and your team with a one-of-a-kind opportunity to play alongside a Web.com Tour Professional. This experience gives you the ability to catch an exclusive inside perspective of what it’s like to be on the Web.com Tour for the day. In addition to the competition and ambiance of professional golf, this event enables you to align yourself and your organization with other prominent local and national companies. One the day before the official event begins, this Pro-Am takes place on the tournament course for an unforgettable golf experience.

18th Green VIP Pavilion Packages:
Enjoy a wonderful view from a comfortable shared corporate VIP pavilion providing your company and guests the opportunity to network with other local and national companies. Corporate signage will be displayed at the pavilion for optimal exposure to everyone in attendance. Weekly Eagle Package: $12,000

Private Corporate Chalet

18th Hole Private Corporate Chalet: $15,000

Enjoy the same great views from the 18th fairway in a private corporate chalet. This package includes 30 passes per day, Thursday – Sunday to your private chalet. Food and beverage may be arranged through the tournament caterer.

  • TICKETS Fore CHARITY Program (Align your company with this ticket program that allows non-profit organizations in our community to tell tickets to the Mid-Atlantic Championship and receive 100% of the proceeds from their organization’s ticket sales. Your company will not only receive credit for this fantastic program, you will also be able to utilize the program in your own marketing and promotions with customers and employees.)
  • Volunteer Uniform (Your company will receive maximum exposure with 500 plus volunteers throughout tournament week and all year long. Your company logo will be prominently displayed on the volunteer polo shirts and hats.
  • 18th Green Video Board (The video board is strategically located near the 18th green where thousands of spectators will gather and look for updated scores during the tournament. This partnership provides your company with static signage on the video board along with other great onsite exposure.)
  • Volunteer Headquarters (This event would not be possible without our volunteer base. Volunteer Headquarters is where the volunteers congregate before, during, and after their shifts. As the sponsor of this venue your company receives static signage at volunteer headquarters as well as your company logo on all directional signs.)
  • Parking (This partnership allows your company to provide complimentary parking to all of our spectators and volunteers. Your company logo will appear on all parking directionals and all marketing materials promoting “Free Complimentary Parking courtesy of …”)
  • Junior Golf Clinic (The junior clinic is a family oriented event for kids of all skill levels. Web.com Tour professionals will be present to provide golf fundamentals and enhancement tips. Your company will be included in all advertising and promotional efforts for the clinic.)
  • Central Scoreboard (Located in a high traffic location, this scoreboard is a focal point throughout tournament week. Your company logo will be prominently displayed on this structure.)
  • Ticket Back Partner (Your company will have the opportunity to be visible on more than 40,000 tournament passes. In addition to the hard tickets, your company logo will also be featured on our online e-tickets for additional exposure.)
  • Driving Range (The driving range is the first thing spectators see when they enter the tournament grounds. This is a great opportunity to reach thousands of fans and they enter and exit the tournament)
  • Pairing Sheet & Course Map (This marketing piece is printed daily Thursday – Sunday and features the pairings for the day along with the course map.)
  • Putting Green (The putting green is located in a high traffic area near the 1st and 10th tees. Your company logo will be visible to spectators all week long.)
  • Standard Bearer Uniform (Standard bearers walk inside the ropes and carry a sign that displays the scores for that particular group. These standard bearers are provided branded t-shirts, including your company logo, as their uniform)
  • Golf Cart Partner (Your corporate logo can be applied to the golf carts utilized by Rules Officials, Tournament Staff, and volunteers.)
